My name is Christine and I manage projects.

For years I’ve been doing projects.  If you really think about it, we all have – from way back to that summer when we were 8 years old and we organized that lemonade stand with our friends.  All through school we figure out how to get our assignments done, how to get our rooms cleaned, and how to manage our stakeholders (parents, teachers, friends attempting to distract us) in a way that leads to success rather than getting in our way.

Of course projects take on a whole new meaning when they become the focus of our work and their outcome can dictate whether or not we have a job next month. But do it long enough and eventually you realize that any project is manageable given the right tools, the right people, and a certain amount of determination.

I’ll use this site to share what I’ve learned over the years. All comments are welcome. I hope you’ll share what you’ve learned too!
